River Kidz is looking for a passionate, dedicated parent (or parents) of younger children who can galvanize kids for river advocacy and be part of the environmental movement in Martin County.
The ideal candidate has:
● the ability to work with the Rivers Coalition and other environmental organizations, and to attend and report at monthly Rivers Coalition meetings
● good organizational, fundraising and public speaking skills
● access to storage or personal garage to store River Kidz supplies
● the ability to travel with River Kidz to rallies, events, and to Tallahassee and Washington D.C.
● a long-term commitment to fight for clean water
Not a paid position.
